有创意的酒店，位于市中心，周边很多的店铺，购物逛街很方便，酒店有免费停车位，工作人员很热心协助，我们用翻译沟通，其中有一位女的会说英语。老板很有亲切感，笑容满面，很照顾客人，大小事亲力亲为。 酒店、餐厅、酒吧卫生干净，环境浪漫优雅，早餐的分量刚刚好，新鲜美味，有无限的茶和咖啡任喝。 座位很舒适，地方很安静，很适合举办派对。 感谢老板工作人员的招待，推荐这家酒店。

I can't say anything good we booked family room for 2 adult and 2 kids. the room was small, most space were occupied by beds. the beds were uncomfortable, they swayed and creaked with every movement. it was the feeling that the room isn't clean, the same about bathroom. It was very bad cigarette smell inside the room and ashtray was on the table, so it's a room for smokers. the breakfast was very small Turkish style: instant coffee, tea, pieces of few types of cheese, jams, bread, one boiled egg, olives. the whole family was left hungry. the parking is not secured and no CCTV. I don't recommend this hotel. It was the most expensive in the city with very high reviews rate, but in reality this is the place to avoid.

L'hotel è in una posizione comoda anche per un' uscita serale. Parcheggio riservato e controllato con le telecamere. Il personale è molto gentile. Non parlano inglese ma usando il traduttore vocale si va benissimo. Consiglio.

Yeri çok merkezi otel yataklar fena değildi ama 2. Yatak kanepeydi yerler fayans gibi bişeydi ama tam odanın önündeki çatıya klimalardan damla düşüyordu pat pat sesler geliyordu kahvaltısı güzel ve doyurucuydu personel de iyiydi

Tesadüfen bulduk, ailece bir gece kaldık. Yine yolum düşerse yine erizahotel'i tercih ederim. Temizliği ve güler yüzlü çalışanlarından çok memnun kaldım. Evimde gibi hissettim, teşekkürler!
