The guys at the reservation desk don’t speak English. After we give him the documents and affter a few minutes of waiting on hold, during which time he was on the phone, we were informed by another person via the desk guy's phone that the car was not present at the pickup point we had chosen (and written on the voucher). We were redirected by car to another pickup point a few kilometers away, albeit not very far, but in heavy morning traffic in Istanbul. There, we had some issues with passports (they wanted the original - we had only national Ids and pictures of passports). Be careful that in voucher written conditions are once told that you need either ID OR Passport to rent and, below, at another chapter, it says it’s mandatory to have passport with Visa stamped. We didn’t check all the text. And the first guy didn’t mention it even if we gave him the documents from the beginning. After that, we asked to be taken back to the initial pick-up point, near where we were staying, so we could bring the passports quickly. We were told it’s impossible and we were advice to take a taxi!! After nearly 2h from our pickup initial hour, we cancelled our reservation (and lost part of the money and time) and rescheduled with other supplier for the next day.

This might be one of the most professional car rental companies in Istanbul. One of the staff members, in particular, was incredibly helpful to us — we are truly grateful for his support. Whenever you have a question or an issue, they are quick to assist and make sure you’re taken care of. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to rent a car from here. While I can’t speak for every branch, I was extremely satisfied with this one.
