Вчера на рейс Вена-Стамбул был задержан и мыпропустили следующий рейс. Все были уставгими и расстроенпыми, представители компании иТКи персонал отеля Empire были очень корректными, работали слаженно и сделали всё, чтобы пассажирам было хорошо.Особая благодарность Норе, она была дружелюбной и помогала во всём! Спасибо огромное!

The all process was ok but there was no much service at the airport resulting of us waiting a very long time when it was unnecessary. The hotel was the best experience.

Als ich gestern in Istanbul gestrandet bin wurde ich von Turkish Airline in dieses sehr familiäre, süße Hotel gebracht. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, besonders Arif and Nora. Mit einem Shuttle Bus geht es später zurück zum Flughafen. Danke für den Aufenthalt hier, der gerade in solch einer Ausnahmesituation viel ausmacht.
