Karşılama güzel, oda güzel. Havalimanına yakın avmlere yürüme mesafesinde. Tek problem odadaki koku. Onun dışında gayet güzel bir otel.
2 gün önceEma Houses’ta çok keyifli bir konaklama yaptık. Sakin ve huzurlu bir ambiyansı var. Odalar tertipli ve rahattı, kahvaltısı da lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltı sırasında bizimle ilgilenen Aynur Hanım ve resepsiyon ekibi çok samimi ve ilgiliydi. Tekrar gelmek isteyeceğim bir yer, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
2 gün öncegerçekten çok memnun kaldık on gün civarı kaldık iş için gelmiştik. Fiyatına göre çok güzel Konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Özellikle Restorandaki Ablalar çok ilgili alakalııydı teşekkür ederim.

5 gün önceWe stayed at ema houses for 3 nights, the weather was decent (lowest of 10- highest 20c°). The rooms were clean and the restaurant was cozy however there was no hot water, and despite our complaints no measures to fix it were taken, we were met with a rude receptionist (the night receptionist who stated they were going to check and hung up the phone with no further questions). We called again the next day and again he was very rude and did nothing to fix the situation, he kept saying open the water for 5 mins (which we did but to no avail). We ended up showering with cold water for three days. The pool was closed and it wasn’t mention on the website. The only reason we picked that hotel was for the pool. The least that could be done was mentioning this on their booking website. The restaurant was the best part, Aynur hanım was very nice and welcoming, however I noticed that it was not well kept the day she wasn’t there and noticed that the lemons had mold on them.
5 gün önceOur stay at Emma Hotel was very comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is clean, beautiful, classy, and elegant, with spacious rooms and reasonable prices that match the quality of service. The breakfast was very delicious and varied, offering many options and a great start to the day. I would especially like to mention Enour — she has a kind heart and a beautiful soul. I had a cough, and she immediately prepared warm water with lemon, mint, and honey for me. This thoughtful gesture truly made a difference and showed genuine care. Overall, our stay was relaxing and pleasant. The only small note is that the receptionist was not very friendly but he’s helping ????????????
6 gün önceThe hotel had a pretty exterior and aside from the breakfast thats was as much good we got from ema houses, this was our experience we stayed for 3 nights and 4 days; 1-The room: The room was clean and cozy but the ac was at max and wasn’t heating up the entire room properly and you had to leave it on for about 10 mins before it started working, I thought it was spoilt at first but when you put the AC on cold it starts working instantly, I called the reception for help and he told me to put it on heat, I told him it already is why would I be calling if it was any other case? 2-Pool: everyone talks about how Antalya is hotter than other states so we left our place of residence for the warmth, we booked a hotel with a pool because we wanted to swim in said warm weather and conveniently they left it out of their booking details that their pool is out of commission for winter, the lowest temperature being 10 and highest 20 during our stay, if winter was the problem heated pools are a thing or at the least remove the pool symbol from your listing for the time being that it is out of commission because thats the only reason we came. 3-Water: Of all the things a hotel should make mistakes with it shouldn’t be hot water. Why am i having to take a shower in cold water? I called the reception the first night and was met with an insanely rude receptionist who told me to leave the water on for 5 minutes knowing fully well there was an issue with the hotel water, we did that and nothing changed, later when we called again he said there was no technician to fix it and we should wait till the morning, morning came and nothing changed no technician came in the morning there was a different receptionist who went into another room to check the water and admitted it was cold said a technician will fix it, we left the hotel and when we came back the water was warmer, we thought it would stay that way but the very next day the water went back to the same way, we started to avoid taking a shower on a trip, we couldn’t wait for their incompetence so we would shower and stand in front of the AC if we decided to suffer, The AC was at the max but somehow working at its lowest if you ever been in front of an AC on 30 degrees you would understand but it felt nothing like that and they didn’t make any attempts to fix it after the first time, they would just say leave it on 5 minutes when they know its not working right. 4- Night receptionist: He was insanely rude and only nice at the front desk but really condescending when he came to “check” the first time and very condescending every single time, I guess he didn’t have to act properly cause managers aren’t around in the night time cause he sounded way better when the managers were there, he would say bye and hang up the phone without resolving the issue and would not allow you to finish your sentence, had no customer care whatsoever it was very disheartening, he didn’t take anything we said seriously the morning receptionist was a bit nicer he was the one that checked the water and called the technician but after that we weren’t taken seriously again even though the issue came back. The best part about the stay at the hotel was probably Aynur hanim she was very kind to us and the food was really good she was possibly the most professional person in the whole hotel she took care of us really well the breakfast hall was really pretty and cozy we had little to no complaints about her But when she wasn’t there the lemons were moldy, I pointed it out and the other lady working there took it away and replaced it. However we will not be booking a stay at this hotel ever again it was a bad experience that we have learnt from and I hope they learn from it as well. Consider talking to the night receptionist about his attitude.
