Avoid this company at all costs. We purchased the Compact Model 2 oil press from Ekiciler Makine Sanayi for cocoa butter extraction, trusting the specifications they provided — a minimum 35% yield from 45% fat cocoa nibs. After over two months of testing, video calls with their engineers, countless configuration attempts, and even receiving different nozzles, the machine consistently failed to exceed a 15–20% extraction rate — less than half of what was promised. Even worse, instead of standing behind their warranty and offering real support, their so-called "manager" began blaming us, insulting our team, and even shouting during video calls. When we offered to cover all costs to bring a technician to our factory in Peru to verify the machine’s failure, they refused. This has been a catastrophic waste of money, time, and raw materials — and the company continues to dodge responsibility. If you are in the cocoa or cold press industry, do NOT trust Ekiciler. Their machine does not perform, their after-sales service is offensive, and their warranty means nothing. We are now proceeding with legal action and formal complaints to trade authorities and embassies. Save yourself the pain — work with a serious company instead. Our cocoa nibs are premium quality, certified for export to Europe and the U.S., and our factory is run by experienced professionals managing dozens of industrial chocolate machines. We followed every single instruction you gave us — despite the fact that your team kept changing key parameters (temperature, speed, pressure) from one session to the next. Still, the machine never came close to the extraction rates you advertise. Your own engineers admitted on video that the machine cannot achieve the promised performance. And in another session, your company director personally insulted and shouted at our team when we showed the real results. We have all of it recorded. If you do not refund us and accept the return of the equipment, we will publish the videos on YouTube and other public platforms so that the entire industry can judge your product and your customer support. Stop shifting blame. Accept responsibility.
