Let me say first... My DS 4 is fabulous. The car is definitely worth buying. The salesman was also a very nice person and made the sales experience pleasant. So why only 1 star? During the sales process, I asked specific questions and it appears the salesman just answered yes without fully understanding what I was asking. I had felt that his English was good enough, so simply accepted what he said. Upon discovering this situation DS Türkiye has not seemed even a little bit interested in finding a solution for the problem. To me, this is a terrible example of the worst kind of customer service. It is a very disappointing situation to find myself in, especially considering I am very happy with the car.
