This wonderful doctor is very smart, confident and reassuring. He makes you feel at ease and shows you how good he is at what he does without intentionally meaning to. I went in with a cold and was worried to undergo surgery but he reassured me and called the anaesthesiologist in front of me to reassure me as well and asked for more tests to be safe. He did exactly what I wanted and never pressured to do otherwise. He is very kind and soft as well as his wonderful assistant. Surgery was much easier than I thought and the stitching was very clean. I barely had any bleeding afterwards. One week later I went to remove my cast and he was very proud of the work he had done and so was I. Thank you doctor and your lovely assistant ????

Hi, ich bin 21 Jahre alt und komme aus der Schweiz. ????????‍♀️✨ Diese Entscheidung, war eine der wichtigsten Entscheidungen meines Lebens. Deshalb möchte ich meine Erfahrung hier wirklich von Herzen teilen. Bevor ich mich für eine Nasenoperation entschieden habe, habe ich monatelang recherchiert. Für mich war klar: Ich möchte keinen Arzt, der „alles“ operiert. Ich wollte jemanden, der sich ausschliesslich auf Nasen spezialisiert, jahrelange Erfahrung hat, mit der modernen Piezo-Methode arbeitet und keine Tamponaden verwendet. Genau das habe ich bei Dr. Emre Koçak gefunden. Was mich von Anfang an beeindruckt hat, war seine Spezialisierung. Er macht nicht Nase, Brust, Po etc., er macht Nasen. Und das mit einer Präzision und Leidenschaft, die man wirklich sieht. Seine Ergebnisse wirken verglichen zu anderen Ärzte nicht künstlich oder übertrieben, sondern natürlich, harmonisch und sauber gearbeitet. Besonders geholfen haben mir seine ehrlichen Vorher-Nachher-Aufnahmen auf Instagram und TikTok. Er zeigt die Nasen aus allen Perspektiven, nichts wird versteckt. Diese Transparenz hat mir enorm viel Vertrauen gegeben! Als ich in Istanbul ankam, war ich natürlich nervös…????, es war meine erste Operation überhaupt. Beim persönlichen Gespräch in seiner privaten Klinik hat sich dieses Gefühl aber schnell gelegt. Er hat meine Nase fachlich analysiert, mir ehrlich gesagt, was möglich ist und was nicht, und sich Zeit genommen, meine Wünsche wirklich zu verstehen. Nach den Fotos zeigte er mir eine realistische Simulation. In diesem Moment wusste ich, dass ich die richtige Entscheidung getroffen habe. Am Operationstag war seine Assistentin die ganze Zeit an meiner Seite. Sie hat mich beruhigt, war jederzeit erreichbar und hat mir ein unglaublich sicheres Gefühl gegeben. ???? Kurz vor der OP sprach Dr. Koçak nochmals mit mir. Er hat meine Nervosität gespürt und mir mit seiner ruhigen Art komplett die Angst genommen. Ich hatte volles Vertrauen und das ist bei so einer Entscheidung unbezahlbar! Nach der Operation war ich überrascht, wie gut es mir ging. Ich hatte keine Atemprobleme, keine starken Schmerzen, konnte normal essen, sprechen, riechen, schmecken und mich bewegen. Mein Gesicht war nach Tagen nur minimal geschwollen, so wenig, dass man kaum sah, dass ich operiert wurde. Ehrlich gesagt verlief die erste Woche sogar besser, als ich es mir jemals vorgestellt hätte. Bereits nach wenigen Tagen konnte ich Istanbul erkunden und meine Zeit dort geniessen. Familie und Freunde waren schockiert, wie fit ich war. Viele haben ein ganz anderes Bild von einer Nasenoperation. Die Nachkontrolle und Gipsabnahme waren ebenfalls schmerzfrei und sehr professionell. Ich bekam genaue Anweisungen zum Tapen und zu den Massagen, sogar als Video für zu Hause. Man merkt einfach, dass ihm das langfristige Ergebnis wichtig ist, nicht nur der Eingriff selbst. ???? Und zu meinem Ergebnis… ich bin mehr als glücklich. Meine neue Nase passt perfekt zu meinem Gesicht. Sie sieht perfekt aus und fühlt sich nach „mir“ an, nur harmonischer. Ich habe bereits sehr viele Komplimente bekommen, aber das Wichtigste ist: Ich fühle mich wohl! Ich weiss, dass Istanbul viele erfolgreiche Ärzte hat. Aber nach meiner Recherche, meinem Bauchgefühl und meiner eigenen Erfahrung kann ich sagen: Für mich war Dr. Hasan Emre Koçak die beste Entscheidung. Diese Erfahrung war nicht nur eine Operation, es war ein Schritt zu mehr Selbstbewusstsein. Und dafür bin ich unendlich dankbar. ???????? Abschliessend möchte ich noch sagen, dass eine Nasenoperation keine Kleinigkeit ist. Sie ist ein sehr wichtiger Eingriff, da die Nase das zentrale Merkmal unseres Gesichts ist. Genau deshalb sollte weder der Preis noch der Ort die entscheidende Rolle spielen, und man sollte eine solche Entscheidung niemals überstürzt oder „schnell schnell“ treffen. Nehmt euch Zeit, recherchiert gründlich und entscheidet euch bewusst, es geht um euer Gesicht und euer Wohlbefinden. ????????✨

I would like to sincerely thank the doctor and his assistant for the exceptional quality of care I received during my rhinoseptoplasty. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to, reassured, and completely confident. The doctor fully understood my expectations and clearly explained both the aesthetic and medical aspects of the procedure, particularly regarding my deviated septum???? I'm coming up to almost a year post op with a primary rhinoplasty from Doctor Emre Kocak. I'm a 33-year-old male who travelled from the UK to have this surgery done. Now let me tell you something, do not hesitate to get in touch with him. After wanting something for so long i had been researching the ideal surgeon to perform this for a very long time, over 2 year period and after seeing both his Instagram accounts and the results i was impressed. Although most patients are female i decided to stick with my gut feeling and go with him, and it's been the best decision I have made. He has honestly changed my life. I wasn't very happy with my side profile and the projection of my nose, so I wanted a natural, masculine look, and he has done it to perfection in my opinion. I got in touch with him via WhatsApp, and the communication throughout was second to none. I decided to book separate hotels and manage my travels myself, but he and his team can sort out hotels and transfers for a bit extra £. I flew out for just over a week due to air travel being changed by the airline at the last minute, and had my cast removed on the 6th day as we were leaving in the early hours. It's recommended you stay the full 7 days. I wasn't really nervous at all as I knew what I wanted and been wanting it for so long i just wanted it done, so never been to Istanbul before, and honestly i couldn't fault anything from the moment I landed to leaving. The surgery was planned early on a Monday morning, and by Tuesday morning i was discharged back to the hotel. The private hospital is very clean and nice; you can eat the food off the floor literally. He speaks good English and understands you. Little language barrier at the hospital, but they have assistants who speak English and explain stuff to you, so you don't need to worry. The care given in the hospital and everything before and after was amazing. You'll be taken care of, no question. Generally, you read about horror stories in the paper about cosmetic procedures aboard but my advice would be just do your homework before anything if you're that concerned. If I could go back and have it done again i wouldn't hesitate to go back, but I'm very happy with my result. So, to anyone considering such surgery, don't be put off by what one person may experience because 9 times out of 10, your experience will change your life as it has mine. I had confidence before, but now I feel on top of the world lol. Go out, get that nose job, be happy and get it done. We only live once, you won't regret it. I have no words to describe How happy I feel and I am now with my Nose Job :) I am Peruvian and I used to see videos about Dr.Emre works on Instagram and my sister had a Surgery with doctor first on 2023- and the results were just ... amazing. So this December,2025 I decided to go for it. I can tell,please, Do trust on Dr. Emre,please, because he has full experience and he is a Serious and very professional doctor. At beginning I wanted to make a Photoshop of my nose to show him how I wanted it. But then i had the second thought, What am I doing? Dr.Hasan Emre Koçak is the best doctor for rhinoplasty. I have been watching him for years and finally my dream came true. He gave me the most perfect nose, it’s exactly what I wanted and what he knew would match my face! I will definitely be referring him to anyone in need of a rhinoplasty. Er ist ein sehr vertrauenswürdiger Arzt, bei dem man sofort merkt, dass er seine Arbeit hervorragend beherrscht und mit großer Erfahrung ausübt. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Der Arzt ist äußerst professionell, einfühlsam und nimmt sich viel Zeit für alle Fragen. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch seine Assistentin – sie ist unglaublich lieb, hilfsbereit und begleitet einen bei allem. Man fühlt sich zu keiner Zeit allein und bekommt immer Unterstützung. Auch die Operation selbst habe ich sehr leicht überstanden. Dadurch, dass ich keine Tamponaden hatte, konnte ich direkt durch die Nase atmen. Ich hatte nur sehr wenige Schwellungen und fast gar keine Blutungen. Die Heilung verlief insgesamt sehr angenehm und das Endergebnis ist wirklich sehr schön. Zusätzlich war das Krankenhaus sehr modern, sauber und schön. Die Krankenschwestern waren ebenfalls extrem lieb, aufmerksam und haben sich um alles gekümmert, sodass man sich rundum gut versorgt gefühlt hat. Daha sonra bişektomi yaptırmak istediğimde önce kilo vermemi önerdi. Kilo verdikten sonra ise beklentilerimi dinledi ve bu işlemle istediğim sonuca ulaşamayacağımı açıkça ifade etti. Im from Australia- I had the best experience with dr Emre Koçak ! it was my first time ever to get surgery and i was nervous, i didnt know what to expect or how it would feel to be put to sleep, his assistant was there for me every step of the way holding my hand making sure i was safe and comfortable, explaining everything to me and she never left my side, the hospital was incredible aswell, professional and took care of me too i felt very safe and comfortable everything was clean. Doctor Emre Koçak was so nice and kind, he listened to me and made me feel comfortable and safe in his hands, surgery went well and he came to see me as soon as i woke up, he checked up on me also communicating on whats app. i am so glad i chose him best experience i could have a asked for !

I am 2 weeks post op and I only have good things to say! The service is amazing, the assistant is nothing but helpful even after post op she is very quick with her responses and is ensuring i have a smooth recovery. Doctor Koçak was amazing throughout this entire process. He listened to everything I wanted and did not want and tried to ensure me that I will receive the outcome I want. I am 2 weeks post op, still very swollen but I can see that he listened to every detail! I am very happy with the service and the outcome.
