DHL eCommerce - Burhaniye Şubesi

Burhaniye Branch of Nationwide Cargo point. Super friendly staff - USED TO BE ... After DHL Bought MNG Cargo, funny things started to happen with the Cargo. One time we sent a cargo to BODRUM. It got there, whuch we heard... but they returned it sating "no ine was fijnd at the address" - even though there was people AT THE ADDRESS !!! We protested and then they procided the excuse that "Bodrum branch does not deliver to that Adress". We called and complained to HQ and they said " of course we deliver to thar adress". We turned back to Burhaniye bramch the original dispatch point and told them what their HQ said. Branch person in charge said "No ! We don't deliv3r and im fact the cargo is back here. So we request additional payment for the return trip of your cargo from Bodrum to Burhaniye" We did not want to open a Legal Court case... So we paid twice for the same cargo. Which NEVER got to the receipient. We stopped working eith Burhaniye MNG/DHL altogether.
