Bu kadar uygun ve kaliteli araç hiç beklemiyordum, gayet nazik, kibar ve saygılar aynı zamanda. Aracın her fonksiyonu kusursuz çalışıyordu. Tavsiye kesinlikle ederim.

We would highly recommend them. We had an excellent experience Renting from them, I would recommend calling them direct rather than going through a third-party agency . They speak perfect English .The car was in good shape. They even picked up the car from us at the airport as we were running late to our flight. I will only rent from them in the future.

Aldıkları para 300 euro dan 500 euro ya çıktı zor biryerden artık bişey kiralamk birşey almak. Sürümden böyle para kazanıyorsunuz. Ve bizim kiraladimiz firma Essence Rantacar, bizi karşılayan Detay Rentacar. Yine kandırıldık

Detay Rent A Car ailesine teşekkürler. 5 günlük araç kiraladım; gitmeden telefon ile ödemesiz rezervasyon yaptılar ilgi ve alaka için teşekkürler. Havalimanından alıp dönüşümde de tekrar havalimanına bırakıp yolcu ettiler. Fiyatlarda gayet makul uygundu.

Çok güzel bir deneyimdi, beni iner inmez havalimanında karşıladılar ve hiç bekletmeden aracı teslim ettiler. Sıkıntı yaşamadım, önerilir.

Be cautious! This company has a questionable practice involving a 'credit card scam.' They claim that your credit card cannot process the required deposit when picking up the car, leaving you no choice but to purchase their expensive car insurance. Interestingly, after this initial issue, the card miraculously works perfectly to pay for the insurance.

We arrived after midnight abd were met by Gorkem from Detay. When we got to the office to sort out the rent paperwork there was just one thing after the other with my Credit card. Gorkem was very patient and helpful in assisting us. I would highly recommend Detay and definitely use them again.

Good car rental company. Cheap and what I liked, I rented a cheap, small petrol car and got a good, comfortable diesel family car when I handed it over. It was very powerful and only used half the tank for almost 600 km. Simply great

Horrible experience with this company: We had to wait more than 30 minutes at the airport for someone to pick us up (it was 11pm and we had a baby). Finally arrived at the office and now time to make the deposit. We made sure to have a credit card with the « credit card » mention on it but apparently it wasn’t enough and the cards we had couldn’t work because « they are French cards » the guy said. So we are asked to pay over 300 euros for insurance. Is that a joke??! The French cards don’t work to make a deposit? Seriously? If it was true, where could we know that? Where is this information written? It’s late, we are tired, we are really angry and we don’t know what we can do. We paid because we wanted to move on but we hope someone will answer our request to do something about the money we’ve been asked to pay. Not a good way to start our first stay in Turkey. We don’t recommend Detay rent a car at all!

Would not recommend. Was given a car which was mechanically bad. I had ordered a Renault Clio hatchback then was told I would receive a Fiat Linea or similar instead but had then been given a Renault Symbol with gearbox/clutch issues and a windscreen that seemed to only clear when you had put water on it (windscreen washer fluid) made it impossible to see without wipers constantly on so I had to buy water bottle to clear it up. The renault seemed to be the worst car there at the time of seeing the lineup of the cars available. Would recommend sticking to the main brands like enterprise even if it will cost £150 for 5 days. Since I didn't have a credit card I had to pay around £320 for 5 days using a debit card which I have never needed before. The company I used was VIPcars and some other company called Essence Car Rental on my email. Guy did not really seem at all interested in helping us or and VIPcars did not give us any compensation for giving back with extra fuel or the mechanical problems. To say that cars are checked and made sure they're safe to drive but sounded like it would fall apart and stop working at any time. Definitely would stay away and pay around £20-35 per day for a car to hire with full cover. I was supposed to have a car for £80 for 5 days but instead spent around £320. Contact your company that you booked with if you have issues before paying a debit card.
