Our Experience at Dentares Dental Clinic, Antalya (Lara Region) Our friends recommended Dentares Dental Clinic in Antalya, Lara region. Last September my husband came for his treatment – he had his teeth covered with zirconium crowns. It only took one visit and five days. The result was amazing – his smile looked perfect! After seeing that, we decided it was time for me to check my teeth too. I have always had a fear of dentists, and honestly, I had really neglected my teeth. But when I saw my husband’s new smile, I felt a bit of “white envy,” and he told me: “Come on, face your fear – you can do it.” I won’t lie – when I walked into the reception, I was very nervous. But as soon as I entered Dentares, everyone welcomed me so warmly and kindly that I immediately felt comfortable, like I’d been there many times before. I had a full scan and tomography, followed by a consultation with the amazing Dr. Burch, who explained everything clearly and created my treatment plan. In May this year, I came back for surgery. Even though my flight was delayed, the clinic’s transfer driver waited for me and greeted me with a smile. During the operation, six molar roots were removed, eight implants placed, a large cyst cleaned, and a sinus lift performed. The scariest part was just sitting in the chair. But my surgeon Dr.Oya was so professional, gentle, and compassionate – she explained every step to help me stay calm. After the operation, I felt tired (probably from the stress and anesthesia), but after some rest, my husband and I were already walking around beautiful Lara that evening ????????. My medications were delivered directly from the pharmacy to the clinic – everything was perfectly organized. After a check-up, I went back home and returned four months later, in October, for the second stage. Again, I was welcomed so warmly by everyone – Dr. Burch, the wonderful Svetlana (who speaks English, Turkish, and Russian fluently), Dr. Beiza, who is incredibly gentle and great with patients who have dental anxiety, and the lovely nurse Daria. Then came the preparation for prosthetics and several fittings. Our biggest wish was to make my smile look as natural as possible – and they made it happen 100%! When the final day came, I had tears of joy in my eyes. From the bottom of my heart, I want to say thank you to Dentares Dental Clinic for this unforgettable experience, for giving me back my smile, the ability to enjoy food again, the comfort, confidence, and for helping me overcome my fear. I was recommended dentares smile clinic by a colleague, who had been previously to the clinic. I was really impressed with the work that he had recieved. I booked in on his recommendation and I was not disappointed. The communication was fantastic from all the staff. The clinic was clean and modern and much more than I anticipated. The staff are all friendly, assertive and extremely helpful, they really couldn't do enough. My treatment on my first visit was to remove teeth and have my implants put in, which to my suprise went really well and without any pain. 11 months later I returned for my final fit, which I could not be any happier with. Ich hatte schon lange Probleme mit meinen Zähnen und viele Behandlungen in Deutschland hinter mir – leider meistens mit schlechten Erfahrungen. Durch einen Freund bin ich dann auf die Dentares Smile Clinic aufmerksam geworden. Da ich kein Türkisch spreche, hat mich mein Freund begleitet. Schon beim ersten Besuch wurden wir sehr herzlich von Frau Svetlana, der Managerin, empfangen. Ab diesem Moment habe ich nur noch positive Erfahrungen gemacht. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich – man fühlt sich wie in einer Familie. Die Ausstattung der Klinik ist modern, die Arbeitsweise sehr professionell, und man merkt sofort, dass hier das Wohl der Patienten im Mittelpunkt steht. Es ist schwer in Worte zu fassen, wie wohl man sich dort fühlt. Für mich war es eine ganz besondere und schöne Erfahrung, und ich bin sehr glücklich, dass ich den Weg zu dieser Klinik gefunden habe. Ben müşterisine bu kadar kötü davranan başka bir diş kliniği daha görmedim. Elleri titreyen, hastasına güven vermeyen dişçiler çalıştırıyorlar. En güvenilir bir adet dişçiler var. Onda asla sıra bulamıyorsunuz. Diğerlerine gittiğinizde onlar da ne yapalım diye o bir adet güvenilir olana soruyor. Yaklaşımlarıyla ilgili bir rahatsızlığınızı dile getirdiğinizde profesyonel bir hizmet sağlayıcı gibi sizi yönlendirmektense kaba davranışlarla sizi uzaklaştırıyorlar. Burada gerçek bir hizmet anlayışı bulamayacağınıza emin olabilirsiniz. Vaktinizi, paranızı ve sinirlerinizi "hizmet veren yaklaşımını anlayamamış" bu insanlarla harcamayın.

Korkularım yüzünden yıllardır ertelediğim dişlerim için gittim.Sevgili Burç hocam okadar açıklayıcı net bir şekilde anlattı ki yapacağı işlemleri,korku namına birşey bırakmıyor.Hem psikolojik destek verip hem dişinize işlem yapması,konuşması sizi rahatlatması,boşa yaşamışım bu kadar korkuyu diyorsunuz.Her dişçide olan o koku yok bikere????Heryer çok hijyenik ve tertemiz,personeller ilgili ve güler yüzlü.Keşke daha önce gitseymişim dedim,gözü kapalı güvenebileceğiniz bir klinik.Sevgiler????
