I didnt have a good experience. The space is fairly nice. The rooms are good options and lots of local stores nearby. The staff is also good. My issue was that the hotel didnt have a back up generator. I was traveling with my elderly parents and my mother uses a wheelchair. There was a power shutdown and the hotel didnt have any back up generator. I had to literally have her walk down 5 floors when she is barely able to walk couple of steps. I was disappointed that the hotel didnt offer the emergency back up which could be an issue for many travelers. The staff was understanding but they could not do anything in the absence of a back up generator

Gerçekten aslında kötü bir otel değil fakat bize hitap etmedi diyebilirim. Oda olarak bazı talihsizlikler yaşadık aldığımız kategorideki odanın arızası olduğu için başka kategorideki odada kalmak zorunda kaldık. Bu durumdan ötürü tatilimizi kısaltmak zorunda kalmamıza ragmen bize yardımcı oldular ve çok nazik,kibar,yardımsever personele sahipler. Genel olarak kesinlikle öneririm konum bize uygun değildi fakat havalimanına gayet yakın bir konumda. Bize yardımcı olan tüm ekibe özelikle önbüro ekibine içten teşekkürlerimi sunar iyi çalışmalar dilerim.

Otel fiyat performans açısından iyi ve otel müdürü Süleyman bey’den herşey için çok teşekkür ederim,işini severek yaptığı çok belli oluyor,her sorunumda kendisi anında müdahale etti ve müşteri memnuniyeti için elinden geleni yaptı.Böyle bir müdürü daha iyi konumlarda görmek isterim,iyi çalışmalar

Nice hotel with a good selection for breakfast only a 15 minute drive from the airport

Hotel is very nice and cosy breakfast is great staff is friendly however the place is very far from city center, room cleaning is done poorly over surface, under beds not done months ago, even daily cleaning is not cleaning under tables which is very obvious area, heaters are not controled from inside the room u have to call front desk to on/off or adjust the temperature
