I wouldn’t recommend dr. Vepa Silapov if you want a straight nose. I had my surgery in October 2024. On the consultation (5 minutes long 30 minutes before going to surgery) I explained that I would like to have a straight masculine nose that fits well my face structure. He agreed and confirmed that this is possible and the surgery would be no problem for him. After the digital mock-ups that he showed me we agreed on the expected results and went ahead with the surgery. It is important to note that my only desire was to have a straight nose after the surgery. After I saw my nose after the surgery I immediately noticed that my nose is leaning to one side still, but according to him due to the swelling it may look that way. Not only that but I had a strong upper curve and my nose is much smaller and nothing like masculine. I didn’t want to make quick conclusions so I waited the 1 year recovery period to see the final result. After few months my nose was getting smaller and the tip started leaning to one side even more. It has now been One year since my surgery and my nose is very small, curved and doesn’t fit my face (nothing like what I explained). My honest opinion is that the doctor is making the noses the way he likes. That is why I choose to do my revision with another doctor.

Experiența mea în ceea ce privește operația de rinoplastie a fost ireproșabilă datorită doamnei Ana. Am ales cu încredere această clinică deoarece implicarea și grija față de oameni de care a dat dovadă dânsa, m-au convins că totul va decurge conform așteptărilor. Recuperarea și intervenția nu au fost dificile însă la acest proces a contribuit și restul echipei, iar pe această cale, țin să le mulțumesc tuturor. Mulțumesc, Dna Ana, o persoană deosebită! Intervenție de rinoplastie și corectarea deviației de sept. Da...nu Ana operează dar Ana are un rol esențial în povestea mea.Ana mi-a purtat de grijă pe toată perioada și și-a arătat disponibilitatea 24/24 doar ca șederea mea sa fie cât mai plăcută. Imediat ajuns la aeroportul din Istanbul mă pune în legătură cu șoferul care urma să mă aducă la hotelul de 4* exact ca in descrierile ei.Mentionez că toate transferurile cu masina au fost oferite de către clinică in prețul pachetului. A doua zi,nu f dimineață,mergem la clinică pt a urma investigațiile urmând că în câteva ore sa fiu operat. Îmi prezintă medicul,un tip foarte profi,Dr.Primar Vepa, discutăm ultimele detalii...,ies analizele și gata...mă ia somnul. Intervenția a decurs că la carte,recuperarea la fel.Am avut la dispoziție medicamentele necesare inclusiv cele de după. Am fost ajutat chiar și la achiziționarea biletului de întoarcere. Atenție: blocurile operatoare și cabinetele sunt într-un spital de stat cu tot personalul calificat.Nu există risc de întârziere în eventualitatea vreunei complicații! Mulțumesc Ana! Mulțumesc Dr.Vepa! Mulțumesc personalului format din asistente,anesteziști și radiologi! Mulțumesc celui mai punctual șofer! Mulțumesc Clinica Saha! Mulțumesc Istanbul,Turcia! Așa DA! Nu în ultimul rând îmi mulțumesc mie pt cea mai potrivită alegere????

It took me a few months to decide and figure out who I could trust with having my 2 facial procedures and after many weeks of conversations with the coordinator Yama I decided I would go with clinic Saha. I was supported all the way through the process and encouraged in times of fear. Yama went above & beyond to make sure that my experience was first class and even came by the very amazing hotel with flowers on my birthday as I was alone and he’s just a super kind awesome person who works extremely hard and tirelessly in his profession of the business. I’m extremely grateful for the work that was carried out by Dr.Vepa and his entourage and was cared for at the hospital very welll. I would highly recommend this clinic and the hospital team if you are considering getting any aesthetically pleasing treatment made. Thank you so much team… I seriously am very happy and proud of the way you all took care of me. So I had a Rhinoplasty operation with a friend and Everything went sooo perfectly smooth. Mr Yama Yoldash was such a help, He answered all my questions, he helped us with Everything and organised everything thank you so so much Yama!! Recomand cu toată inima Clinca Saha! Eu am avut septorinoplastie. Experiența mea cu această Clinca a fost peste așteptările mele. Nu am avut niciun fel de durere după operație. Singurul disconfort este noaptea când respiri pe gură și te trezești pentru ca ți se usucă gura. In rest totul a decurs perfect datorită Anei. Este o femeie minunată. Dacă nu ar fi fost ea cu siguranță mi-ar fi fost mai dificil să fac această intervenție. Dansa nu doar ca traduce dar te și sprijină emoțional lucru care contează enorm. Este o femeie minunată și cred ca nu mi ajunge o viață să îmi exprim recunoștința față de ea. Am fost cazate într-un hotel foarte curat, micul dejun a fost bun și diversificat. Personalul de la spital , recepție și restaurant au fost foarte ok, de asemenea și șoferul care ne- a transportat de la spital la hotel și de la hotel la aeroport. Vă recomand această clinca. Extraordinar!!!! Un simplu cuvânt care vine la pachet cu super clinica Saha din Istanbul????O clinică care oferă intervenții super reușite , echipa care se ocupă de tot au profesionalism si te poți lăsa cu încredere maximă pe mâna lor fara nici-o îndoială. A doua zi de la intervenția de rinoplastie și mă simt atât de bine încât nu zici ca am trecut printr-o operație. A fost totul mai mult ca peerfect iar de rezultat numai am cuvinte de laudă! Mulțumirii doamnei Ana care s-a ocupat de tot să ajung aici! Respect doamna Ana, respect clinicii Saha!????????????
