I regret to inform you about this hotel. This hotel you're not deserve to have more than tstarss the reasons are as follow nobody is speak English in this hotel and if you put four or five people together you might get something out of them the service they have is not as clean as supposed to be they don't clean the bedding and not enough towels the soap is so watery is slightly take care then tap water friend of mine book tonight for us and we supposed to extend it on their website their advertise for £18 at night which for 7 nights it should be £126 when we spoke to them they told us nobody paid us anything and if you go through the website is cheaper and if you pay us now is going to be more expensive I asked them again and again if anybody paid you anything and they denied it which they're already charged friend of mine €50 and they lie about it and then when I told them I can either book it right now through my phone or this is a cash in my hand they told me okay if you pay cash we charge you as the website so the total supposed to be $126 not knowing they charge us $1 80 not $126 they get cash so they don't put it in their books this is one of the dodgy thing or wrong thing they do to not pay tax and I am going to take this further and take it to the authority with the contacts I have in Istanbul to solve this problem if they don't call me within the next 72 hours and pay my money back to friend of mine which is been charged for no reason I'm going to cause a big problem for them because obviously by playing around and not speaking English they get away with what they want so be careful whatever you do make sure they are righted down for you don't trust them at all and then when it comes to the cleanings of the hotel make sure they leave you touch places and you can see they haven't been dusted or clean at all so toilets still left with pieces of excuse my language poo soaps are as I say so liquid he's so watery which is absolutely useless they only give you two towels for your face and your bathroom and only one towel for you when you coming out for your underfit considering it was two of us and we had to ask them again and again and again for the toiletry like toilet rolls to give us toilet rolls every single time they put one toilet roll there for two people and these are the little things that make the different between the hotels which is four or five a star or the hotel which is fake like them and is only deserve to be to a star they did not even mention that they have swimming pool and other equipment upstairs this is the first thing they mentioned to you when you walk into any hotel they told you to explain to you about the facility they have and about the hours of their facility so they play dumb to get away with what they want and as a blogger and a person who has 1.5 million follower from all over the world is my duty to explain to rest of the people like us to be careful about what they do and I'll make sure my company make a proper review for them to drop their stars from 4 to at least 3 or 2 and then see if it is going to work for them or not
