C&G Dental Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği

I had a very disappointing experience at C&G Dental in Dalaman. From the moment I arrived, the staff were very unfriendly, unwelcoming, and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable rather than cared for as a patient. I went there for a teeth cleaning and one filling. After the treatment, I developed painful sores on my palate, which I had never had before. Even worse, the external filling that was done fell out just four days later, which is completely unacceptable. When I explained that a filling falling out after only a few days was unacceptable and that I had developed sores in my mouth, the arrogant responses I received were unbelievable. There was no accountability, concern, or attempt to properly address the situation. Although they later offered to fix the problem and gave me another appointment, on the day of the visit there was no apology, no smile, and no acknowledgment of what had happened from the doctor. The filling was redone, but there was no “sorry” and not even a “goodbye,” which shows a complete lack of basic professionalism and courtesy. I also had serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness — the clinic did not feel clean or professional enough for a dental practice. I strongly advise people, especially foreigners, not to use this dentist. The staff are unfriendly, unprofessional, and dismissive, and my experience has left me with no trust in their work or standards. I would not return and would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Cok güzel tertemiz pırıl pırıl bir klinik. Elif hoca dünya tatlısı sanki dişçiye değil de oturmaya gidiyor gibiyim o kadar içimi rahatlatıyor. Yaptıgi işler de çok estetik.

Gayet işlerinde başarılar profesyonel bir ekip olarak hizmet veriyorlar memnun kalırsınız tavsiye ederim????

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel right at home. The clinic is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Dr. Elif & Ömer are incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain every procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The Doctors were gentle and thorough, and I felt like I was in very capable hands. What stood out the most was the genuine care and attention I received. Dr. Elif & Dr. Ömer and the entire team were friendly, respectful, and attentive to my needs. They provided excellent service and made what is usually a stressful experience very pleasant.
