Estuve una semana en el hotel con mi madre y algunas amigas, me sentí super genial con el servicio y la amabilidad del personal siempre. No hay nada malo que decir desde nuestra experiencia. El joven Mert nos ayudó con todo lo necesario desde el primer momento que llegamos. Lo recomendamos muchísimo ????????

My experience at G Rotana Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a very pleasant atmosphere. However, what made my stay truly memorable was the Assistant Manager, Jila. As someone who is naturally reserved and not easily impressed, I can honestly say she exceeded every expectation. Her remarkable attention to detail, genuine care for guests, and consistently warm, welcoming presence truly set her apart. She handles everything with grace, professionalism, and authentic passion — qualities that are rare to find. Jila is not only a true professional but also a tremendous asset to the hotel. She elevates the entire guest experience ????????????????????????

We were very satisfied with the hotel. There is a fitness center, a sauna, and a swimming pool. The breakfast is very plentiful. All the staff were very kind. Special thanks to Jila for taking such good care of us.

It’s very clean and everyone was really kind to me.

I will start with great. Great service and people. Nice lobby and good restaurant with great free breakfast selection and good security. However, this is not in the greatest location and not in a good walking distance from anything. The rooms have a lot of wear and tear and do need a lot of updating. So you need to weigh out good security, service, free breakfast and low price compared to remote location and very worn rooms.

Uzun zamandır bir otelde bu kadar güzel karşılandığımı hatırlamıyorum. Daha kapıdan girer girmez insanın içi rahatlıyor. Ön bürodaki Can Bey inanılmaz ilgili ve güleryüzlü, insan kendini özel hissediyor. Böyle çalışanlar olunca insan aynı yeri tekrar tekrar tercih ediyor. Odalar çok konforlu, tertemiz. Konum zaten mükemmel. Bundan sonra her gelişimde buradayım, gönül rahatlığıyla da herkese tavsiye ederim.

The rooms are okay. The towels are washed-out and gray. The breakfast is okay. But I've never seen instant coffee in any hotel in any country! Regular coffee or cappuccino are available for an extra fee! 5* hotel?

Just wrapped up an amazing stay here. The room was super spacious and fully stocked with all the essentials—water, a freezer, and a solid bathroom setup. Everything was spotless, which I really appreciated. Plus, even with so many floors and people around, I never had to wait for the lift. And don't even get me started on the food... it was delicious! Such a vibe ????

I have a comment regarding the service, today I tried their dinner considering that my flight was cancelled and Turkish Airlines sent me to Rotana. The dinner is covered however I discovered that the soft cold and hot drinks are not included within dinner especially that a drink like Tea or Coffee is considered as part of the Turkish culture. So charging extra for tea is not what we are used to hear about Hospitality in Turkey.
