MELIH is a very kind owner. He spent about an hour listening to our unreasonable requests and suggested the perfect carpet. I highly recommend this place! He gave my tired mother and me water and even gave us tea at the end. I will definitely visit again next time I'm in Cappadocia.

Ahmed welcomed us like old friends and shared so much knowledge and passion for his carpets. It never felt like a sales pitch, just genuine storytelling❤️ We left with carpets we know we’ll cherish for a lifetime, easily the best purchase of our entire trip. Today we bought a beautiful rug for our daughter and had a truly wonderful time with Ahmet. He is such a kind, honest, and trustworthy person, and that is what makes this place so special. When you purchase one of his masterpieces, you immediately feel that you are in the right place and buying from the right shop. You can be absolutely sure that every piece is sold with dignity, respect, and genuine honesty. Talking with him about many things in this world, you immediately understand that he is a true man of honor.

This an excellent shop to purchase the perfect rug for your home. The owners are two lovely brothers. They adviced us about the quality and type of rug, and they arranged to it to be shipped to our home without having to worry about anything. Also during the delivery process they were attentive and supportive. The rug is stunning, we couldn't be happier. Top experience and top purchase! Highly recommended.

This place has all 5 star reviews for a reason! The look of the store is so incredibly inviting and cozy! And then when you step in you are warmly greeted by Ahmet! He is so knowledgeable about history and his collection of rugs, its impossible not to be drawn in to learn more. He's happy to show and educate without being pushy at all. But once hes shown you some incredible pieces its hard not to leave with 1 or 2 ????. A couple days later we came back and joined him and his brother Melih for tea, snacks, and more amazing conversations! Honestly this was the highlight of our trip (other than hot air balloon)! If you are serious about buying a piece make sure to carve out some time to chat and learn! ????

Really enjoyed the low pressure at this rug store. After visiting and shopping rug stores in Istanbul, this was a welcome stop on my trip. Patience, hospitality, no pushy sales while being very informed on the rugs. You can really get a sense that Amet really has a passion for Turkish history.

This is a truly fabulous rug shop. Melih helped us find a beautiful antique rug and gave us an incredibly good price. He was lovely, generous and very knowledgeable about rugs. We are a group from Australia and have been all over Turkey- I would come back to this shop again and highly recommend.

I highly recommend this store to everyone! In contrast to many other stores, Ahmet and Melih are very patient and friendly and they don’t push you at all! Instead they learn you the history of carpets and the many stories that are being told in these carpets. The most beautiful carpets you can find in this store! We drank tea here and had great conversations. We made some pictures to think about which to choose. We have traveled in lots of places in turkey and find this store one of the best in the country! I went here at the recommendation of a friend who was also looking to get a rug while we were in Türkiye. We went together and met Ahmet has his brother, and they were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and patient. They answered all of my questions, brought out a whole collection of rugs to look at, and helped us look for the perfect rug for us. I came back the next day to look at rugs with my partner, and we ended up finding the perfect rug for our space. Figuring out shipping and logistics was no problem, and we walked away very happy. Now we have this beautiful rug in our house, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Ahmet and family!

Flawless experience from start to finish! We were truly impressed by the service at Capadocia Rug Collection, especially by the kindness and warmth of Ahmet, the owner. He welcomed us so graciously, took the time to explain every detail about each rug, and patiently showed us over 50 different pieces so we could make our choice without any rush. Ahmet was also extremely fair and kind during the negotiation — we reached a great deal that felt honest and balanced for both sides, which made the experience even more pleasant. To make it even more special, he served us traditional Turkish tea, a delicious local sandwich, and incredibly, even gave us a ride back to our hotel after the visit. The quality of the rugs is outstanding — impeccable craftsmanship, vibrant colors, and that unique artisanal touch that makes each one special. Shipping to Brazil was smooth, safe, and surprisingly fast, with excellent communication throughout the entire process.
