Absolutely disgraceful experience. The staff were shockingly rude and unprofessional — downright bitchy, in fact. The place was filthy, which is unacceptable anywhere, let alone in an airport. One of your employees even had the nerve to complain about me and my girlfriend being affectionate — as if it's any of his damn business. The entire atmosphere was cold, hostile, and completely unwelcoming. Frankly, this made me seriously question the whole idea of “Turkish hospitality.” Train your staff — urgently — in basic manners and human decency. For a café in an airport, this level of behavior is an embarrassment.
