Büyükada Comfort Otel

Konum olarak çok iyi. İskeleye çok yakın. Deniz manzaralı balkonlu odası da, kahvaltısı da güzeldi. Hem uygun fiyatlı, hem de oldukça kaliteli bir otel. Biz çok beğendik, memnun kaldık.

Odalar, asansör lobi de garip koku vardı. Oda temizliği yok denecek gibiydi yerlerde kıllar vardı. Banyo ışığı yoktu havalandırma da çalışmıyordu kahvaltıya gelecek olursamda gelecek hafta kalan salamlar hariç herşey idare ederdi

Great location, beautiful seaview ,clean rooms,nice manger,helpful staff,good breakfast,comfort stay. ,

I was in this Otel ( not " Hotel " ) 2 nights on August 2025 and I feel responsibleness to write about it. The only advantage of this place is the wonderful seaview that really is wonderful but the service is absolutely zero. Even " Zero " is too much. There is no daily cleaning of the room. If you stay long time nobody takes the garbage. Be very careful before using the hairdryer after taking shower. Just switch it on and smell the terrible odour, then make decision if you really want to use it. At least in my room, the WC had no toilet paper holder as you can see in the photo. Very poor breakfast with the least choice. And the unbelievable part is that if you want to drink coffee, you should pay for it! Only tea is free. So you can imagine that asking for a cup of milk probably can be considered as a crime. No blanket on the bed and even if you ask, they simply say they don't have. I never go to this place again.

Fiyatına göre oldukça güzel bir yer. Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. İki gün kaldık çok keyif aldık. Kısmi deniz manzaralı oda da kalmamıza rağmen gayet güzel bir deniz manzarası vardı. Biraz eski ancak temiz ve düzgün.

Güzel bir iki gündü, manzaralı balkonu olan odadaydık. Kahvaltı açık büfe doyurucuydu. Kediler çok tatlı ve personel ilgiliydi. Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi bir deneyimdi.
