Daha önce de işitme cihazı kullanıyordum ancak net duymakta zorlanıyordum. Burcu hanım ile tanışıp ReSound işitme cihazlarını kullanmaya başladıktan sonra çok daha rahat duymaya başladım. Çok teşekkür ederim, herkese tavsiye ederim.

I went to see Buecu Arsanli a few weeks ago regarding my poor hearing problem and found her to be so very informative, professional and sensitive to my situation. I now have Bicross hearing aids which have made a huge difference with my hearing now being much clearer. Thank you Burcu.

I used Burcu Arşanlı İşitme Cihazları Merkezi for an audio assessment. I found the centre had state of the art equipment. The staff were very professional.l received my report via email within an hour. I was also given clear and undersandable adivice on how to proceed with measures to preseve my hearing for the future. Burcu provided a great service. Very thorough and patient. Comprehensive hearing test and provision of appropriate hearing aids for my 92 year old mum. Explained everything in an understandable way. Follow up appointment with adjustments to make everything perfect. Couldn't be happier .

My experience was so good and the methods were very updated and she is very friendly and kind.

I contacted Burcu initially by messenger to get approx costs etc. A non pressure discussion and an appointment and a comprehensive hearing test followed. It took a little while to get used to them and all the features but I am really pleased with them and the service I get from Burcu. Going into a very noisy restaurant now is a much more of a pleasure just by using the app features on my phone. Background noise (waiters putting plates and cutlery down, kitchen noises, too many people talking plus music etc) is automatically adjusted for and giving me more directional hearing of the voices in front of me. I now wear them all day and actually forget I have them in as Burcu has spent time understand my needs and doing specific adjustments not only with the physical aids (ear bud size, tube length, fitting hints) but also the programming of them. I have recommended Burcu to friends.

I found that this clinic very well presented and I was able to get an appointment within 24hours! The micro suction procedure was completed by Burcu who explained everything in detail and I was able to hear almost immediately! I would not hesitate to recommend this procedure to any one who needs ear wax removal.

I am visiting Cyprus from London UK and needed to find an ears specialist to check my ears. Making an appointment was very easy which I did over whatsapp and on arrival at the small clinic in central Nicosia, the reception lady was friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr Burca, who examined my ears and gave me good explanation about ears in general and talked me through my procedure, I wanted gentle wax removal without the use of water. The tool the Dr used was very small, non invasive and gentle during procedure. All was over in less than 5 minutes as I did not have much there and Dr gave me her recommendations moving forward. Burca was professional, welcoming and friendly and I would definately visit again if I was in Cyprus. I was apprehensive about the treatment but was made to feel very comforatble from the start. All in all, good service and recommend to anyone.
