I visited the Boyner store in Kemer with high hopes, as I had heard a lot about the chain. Indeed, the assortment here is impressive: many interesting brands and products for every taste. However, all the positive impressions were completely shattered by the behavior of the staff and their attitude towards customers. I encountered an unpleasant situation that appears to be a systemic problem here. The item I selected had one price tag, but at the checkout, the price was completely different and significantly higher. When I asked about it, the salesperson replied with astonishing calmness, saying they "forgot to change it, the promotion is already over." Most importantly, no attempts were made to apologize or rectify the situation. I was told directly that I had to pay the price at the checkout, and the price tag on the shelf was "just a piece of paper." It creates a firm impression that this is not a coincidence but a deliberate tactic. The store uses this simple trick to mislead customers and get more money. The staff's complete indifference to the reputation of the Boyner brand is simply shocking. They genuinely don't care if customers leave disappointed. This approach not only ruins the shopping experience but also makes one doubt the honesty of the entire chain. Until this store gets its pricing in order and teaches its staff to respect customers, I do not recommend returning here. It's a pity that such a nice store is spoiled by these petty tricks.
