Black Art Otel

it was a wonderful experience! The rooms are super comfortable and have everything u need, breakfast was nice - “turkish breakfast” but with a way better price than in usual restaurants. It is in Taksim so metro and busses are all close by. I want to point on the stuff here, they are great, polite, helpful and communicative. I had all my requests solved. Overall, highly recommend visiting this hotel, great atmosphere and great people

The hotel is just a quick walk near to Istiklal street (THE happening place). The rooms were crisp clean and covered more the average facilities that you’d find anywhere else. Rezan and Baris were really helpful throughout, even after checkout they helped us with places around and hosting our luggage for the day!! Definitely check out this place for a 1 or 2 day stay

К сожалению в данный момент мы переезжаем в другой отель, так как этот решили не продлевать. Мы бронировали сначала на 2 ночи, чтобы не бронировать номер сразу на всю поездку. И это оказалось отличным решением. В номере было очень шумно, окна выходят в небольшой проулок перед оживленной дорогой и от нее был постоянный шум машин и клаксон. Плюс шум под окнами после уборки рынка. Всю ночь. Также у входной двери внизу дырка размером с палец, из-за его слышно все шаги и разговоры постояльцев в коридоре, на лестнице и в номере напротив. Мы толком не спали обе ночи. В ванной отваливается порог, об который мы избили все ноги. В момент заселения мы попросили еще одно одеяло. Сначала сказали что да, без проблем. Потом сказали что одеял нет, а отель забит и нет возможности его достать. Проверила заполненность отеля в букинге и оказалось есть доступные номера. Когда попросили одеяло в третий раз - его нашли. Также во второй вечер отключился интернет. На лестнице во время уборки выставляют тюки с вещами и нужно очень аккуратно спускаться с сумками по лестнице чтоб не оступиться и не упасть. Не советуем этот отель.

Good service at a low price. I will come back next time. The staff are nice and helpful, especially Mr. Osama, a truly wonderful person.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 days and it we were greeted with amazing service and rooms. Raza, Barish and the rest of the crew did an amazing job making sure all our needs are met and went above and beyond. Definitely coming here for our next visit as well.
