Bizimle ilgilenen müşteri temsilcisi için hiçbir şey demiyeceğin çünkü gerçekten ilglendi ama Koymuşlar kasaya süs bebek gibi kendini chanel mağazasında çalışıyormuş zanneden salla başını al maaşını personelini müşteriye minneti olmayan kişileri yani sahibi olsa böyle davranmaz.Cama yazmışlar %50 indirim diye giryorsunuz mağazaya sadece sağda küçücük biyerde indirimli ürün var toplasan 50 ürün diğer 4 katında indirim yok.5200 tl lik ürüne 1 liralık indirim yapın 5199 diyin alıcam dedim yapmadılar.İnsan kendi cebinden verir 1 lira ürünü satar müşterisini memnun eder.Eşim çok beğenmesine rağmen almadan çıktım mağazadan.Ama kızım annesinin üzülmesine dayanamayıp gidip almış elbiseyi.Sahiplerine sesleniyorum Çalışanlarda görüntünden çok müşteriye davranışlarını kontrol etmelisiniz ve bu gibi durumlarda müşteriyi kaybetmemek ve böyle yorumlara mahal vermemek için insiyatif gösterebilmeliler.Harika ürünleriniz var ama kasada çalışan o personel bu ürünlere gölge düşürüyor.Sahiplerine allah kolaylık versin diyorum bu çalışan ile

DONT SAY THE STORE OPENS AT 10 EHEN IT ACTUALLY OPENS AT 11am I arrive at 10:05. both workers were cleaning the floor and asked me to wait 5 min for the floor to dry. they proceed to sit outside, smoking and ignoring the 5 customers waiting to enter the store. At 10:15 a lady walking by decided to walk into the store thinking it was open, one of the workers ran after the lady asking her to leave the store immediately, I heard the lady say that the cloor was dry. she then cleaned the floor again and kept saying to wait 5 min. At 10:30 another group of 5 ladies walked by and asked to go in and the workers said to wait. Very rude staff, I left at 10:30 and they were standing in front of the door smoking and talking with each other. If one of them is the owner of the store, I wonder what kind of business you have. If not, good luck to the owner because I don’t know how you are succeeding with workers like this.

Extremely rude staff at this store. I walked out immediately after the girl made a very rude and unnecessary comment. Do not recommend

I am foreigner and was the first shop that i join here since i know them from the internet!! They don’t disappoint me, and also bravo to the blonde girl on the 3rd floor who helped me a lot ! 1/7/2023 best quality, good prices and excellent staff . ???? bravo you save me for the wedding event that i have ✨

The worker with frizzy long black hair is arrogant and will not treat us like real customers. I would fire her immediately. That’s not how you treat people, who wanna buy something. Don’t go there!! Very very bad experience. I wish I could give 0 star!!!! Biraz saygı öğrenin! Yüzsüzler!

The girls working there are very un helpful They dont want to work The second floor for evening dresses always closed because you are tourist and always closed because they dont want to go up
