Avec Rent a Car - İstanbul Havalimanı

It’s the second time I’ve booked a car with AVEC, and once again it was a great experience! This time, I was traveling with a baby, which can be quite challenging. Every AVEC employee was incredibly kind and helpful—I can’t thank them enough! At check-in, the staff member took the time to properly install the baby seat and even gave me a navigation holder for free when I realized I had forgotten mine. At check-out, the staff member was kind enough to give us a lift to the airport. Thank you so much for your help and kindness! I am truly grateful for your professionalism and care. I highly recommend this company!

3 günlük araç kiralamam konusunda serüvenimiz başladı, İstanbul Havalimanı’na ofislerine gittiğimde ofiste bulunan arkadaş asık suratlıydı, güler yüzlü davranılmasını yeğlerdim, her neyse araç teslim noktasına indim, orada aracı teslim edecek cana yakın ağabeyi çok sevdim, beni her konuda bilgilendirdi, özellikle ‘aracı kendi aracınız gibi kullanın lütfen, bunu bizzat istiyorum’ demesi zaten kendi evimde gibi hissettirdi, her neyse aracı kullandım, az kullandım zaten, araç biraz kirliydi, yine de hoş gördüm kendim temizledim, yarım depo teslim edildi, aracı benzini doldurup teslim ettim, 2000 tl depozito artı 1800 tl civarı para kesildi, oysaki sadece Kuzey Marmara Otoyolu’nu kullandım, 70 ₺ kesilmesi gerekti, müşteri hizmetleri ile iletişime geçtim, hemen parayı iade ettiler, memnun kaldım, teşekkür ediyorum.

Avoid at all costs worst service ever they are rude and cancell your booking last minute I was left stranded at the airport becouse of this company and they didnt even refund me not a reliable firm id stay well away from them in the future

Doesn't return security deposit and doesn't know to deal with none Turkish people. No english no Arabic nothing even the bills in Turkish
