Great hotel, lovely staff

The hotel is very old and needs renovation. The room was fine but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Location is okay, staff were friendly but spoke limited English. Breakfast was excellent, and the women helping were very kind. They even started breakfast 10 minutes early for us, which we appreciated. On departure, we were put in a taxi we didn’t order and had to pay a high fare, which left a negative final impression

The room had everything necessary, but the smell of cigarette smoke was very strong and unpleasant. The location is okay, close to a public transport stop. The staff were friendly but spoke only limited English. Breakfast was the best part of the stay — very good, with a wide selection. The women working during breakfast were especially kind and helpful. On the day of departure, we asked for takeaway food, which was not provided, but the hotel did start breakfast 10 minutes earlier specifically for us, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, the stay ended with a very unpleasant situation: we were put into a taxi to the airport that we had not ordered ourselves and had to pay a high fare we had not planned for. This left a negative final impression.

Çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü ve hizmet kalitesini çok beğendik. Odalar, lavabolar tertemizdi. Çok memnun kaldık.
