As for the following place: No advantages at all except the old man worker who helps clients to show them the items Disadvantages: 1) what a shame. Yaziklar olsun. People are rude and not respectful at all!!!. I am shocked how arçelik a well known big company gives accreditation or the name or even hire such people.!!! In that shop there was a lady being a manager as she identified herself. Please note that there was no customer at all. The place was empty. No one except her and the employee old respectful man. That lady is not a respect person. She told me by word. Go buy from a different arçelik. Don't buy from us. Clearly, that was the reason there were no customer with a mad rude not respect face telling clients not to buy from this place. Arçelik owners wake up. I advice you to kick out these disrespectful employees. These are ruining your legacy. Obviously, that is the reason you are making a big discount because no one is entering these shops. 2) dear owner the problem is with the piss employees who disrespect customers that will pay thousands and thousands of liras by a minute buying any item 3) I asked if there is a policy returning items for any reason. She totally got a discusting face and said go buy from other branch we are not selling. Ayip wallahi. Who the hell she thinks herself!!! Saying that to me!!! I and my family are a 4 years clients for arçelik and a lot of my family members or friends i always advise them to buy from arçelik because of the quality. But the employees and managers are bad people disrespect and discusting. I swear by Allah, that i will get into another arçelik branch and this will be the last time, if i face any little problem. I swear by Allah that I will never buy from this company my life and i will advise all my people and here in google maps not to buy from arçelik anymore. I have the money. I came to arçelik not to be disrespected!!!!!!!! One more thing is that when i entered the shop she didn't welcome me neither smile or say any thing also who are these people to tell me you want to buy or not int he beginning!!!!! Wallahi ayip shame on them all. Who do you think yourself to say (are you going tp buy or not!!!) You are an employee, you are responsible to show the product explain about it and full stop. I can buy or i don't it is up to me. Also i asked about the accessories of the hover machine to check it, she said there are no accessories What a lier!!!! How would arçelik will send the machine with no accessories!!!!!!!!!!!! In other arçelik branch it is in the depo, here we don't have they fon't guve us !!!!! Liers everywhere I am a client and i have a right to check the whole machine before buying it to see whether it is comfortable to me or not. Finally, I hope you benefited from what you read.
