As for the following place: Advantages: 1) after insisting they accepted to pay by my kuveyt turk card. 2) there was an old man i believe he is the owner, he did exactly what i asked for, he was wise and respectful. 3) people there compared to the other shops are better but not the best! Disadvantages: 1) To everyone reading this review. Since I don't have time to lose and the item vaccum cleaner that i bought was under a discount. I bought it. Unless I would go to vestel, or bosch or semins. I swear to Allah that this will be the last item i will buy. I will never buy from arçelik anymore. ** I advise everyone NOT TO BUY from arçelik anymore; especially from these 3 stores that i visited in istanbul. They will mock you disrespect you and kick you out the store. If you don't want to be disrespected; i advise you go to another company. 2) first of all no shop got me the accessories of the vaccum machine!!! Who are these people!!! Who do they think themselves!! I am a customer a client and i have the right to see all the accessories of the vaccum machine!!!!!!! I believe that they don't want the clients to see the issue of these accessories. I believe there are problems with the accessories; that is why they are hinding them. Baby, darling, you are obliged to get the accessories of the vacume machine and for every machine if asked!!!!! To me the accessories is more important than the machine itself. And the smarts will know why. The employee there which was a man of 37 years old refused to get me the accessories and he said it is like that you buy it no showing!!!!! Shame on them 3) when I got upstairs there was 2 ladies One is tall and the other is short. The shorter lady was not wise as the taller lady. Immediately, she asked for 8000!!!! Allahu Akbar!!!!!!!! Baby, you need to tell me: sir, you asked for the vaccum cleaner model bla bla bla it costs 7999tl, how would you pay sir? In this way people talk, child. Secondly, she refused to pay by my kuveyt turk card!!! Then the taller lady came and accepted after i insisted. Also, they gave me a paper with no stamp or signature!!! I didn't accept until they gave me the bill stamped. They taller lady was good. But she can better than she dealed with me. But the shorter lady needs training. Before leaving the store I asked for a big plastic bag to put the item in. First, the worker downstairs said there is no plastic bags!!!! Then i told him upstairs the lady said you have!!! Then he said it is small!!! Liers every where!!! Why don't you get big plastic bags!!!!!! What will it cost you!!!! Moreover, there was an elevator and the worker didn't tell me to get into the elevator and he didn't tell me where i am going!!! That worker don't know how to speak with clients!! He got pissed off when i insisted to have a plastic bag!!!! Who are you to be rude !!! I am buying within a minute paying 8000tl !!!!!! People are not finding there money on streets!!! In addition to that, the lady put on the machine 8000tl!!!! I believe she shoyld be trained and warned about adding money to the price!!! Even if it is a cent (koruş) i told her i will pay by card she wanted to take 8000tl!!!! I believe she is not dumb!! So how she made that!! I didn't understand!!! If you go anywhere, when you wanna pay by card, they type the exact price with no addition!!! Finally, I hope you benefited from what you read. Dün sabah buzdolabı satın almak amacıyla ailecek gittiğimiz firmaya 1 puan verme sebebim tamamen güleryüz, tatlı dil ve tecrübe eksikliği olan satış danışmanı (siyah saçlı)dır. Ailecek gittiğimiz firmada inanın işe yetişmek ve buzdolabı bozulduğu için bir aciliyet durumum olmasa kesinlikle çıkıp giderdim. Bizim zaten ölçülerimiz sınırlı olduğu için kendisine ürün anlatma zahmeti vermeden kendimiz hemen seçtik. Satın alma işlemine de çok hızla geçtiğimiz halde sanki bizimle çok ilgilenmişte bıkmış gibi bir tavırla, sorduğumuz her şeye güleryüzle değil de sert çıkışarak anlamsız bir tavırla cevap verdi. 9 yıldır pazarlamacı olarak çalışan biri olarak böyle bir davranışı üzülerek işletmenize yakıştıramadığımı belirtmek isterim. Yıllardır bildiğim, tercih ettiğim bir yerken şu an satış konusundaki bu tavır kaynaklı bir daha kendim ve yakınlarım olmak üzere tercih etmeyeceğim bir bayi oldunuz.
