İşlemleri hızlı çok beklenmedik. Ama temizlik adına birkaç kusur var.

Works very fast

They lied that they attempted to deliver the cargo to me with no avial, they told me to go and pick it up in their office, I went after 4 days because I was busy at work, apon getting there they told me that they returned it to the seller. My question is,why didn't they deliver it to me? I had to go and pick it myself, secondly why didn't they notify me before sending it back? Please don't ever send any cargo with this company ARAS it's such a disgrace.

Hizmet aldığım en kötü kargo şubesi. 10'dan fazla kargom geldi ve her seferinde kargoyu şubeden aldırdılar. Sonuncu kargom da 1.5 metre uzunluğunda ve 70 kg ağırlığında. Bunu benim almamı istediler, alamayacağımı belirtince de yüzüme kapattılar. Kargo 1 hafta sonra da iade oldu. Personelleri de çok kaba, hakaret etme tonunda konuşuyorlar.

The worst delivery service you can imagine. They’re not even willing to deliver the package to you. they just walked into the courtyard, took a photo of the nearest building in the complex, and claimed they couldn’t find me, even though my building is literally 50 meters right in front of them…

Tam bir rezalet, yüzde yüz evde olmama rağmen uğramadılar bile, özel bir numaradan gel kargonu al diye yüzsüz gibi mesaj atıyorlar utanmadan.

Yetişmeyen kargoyu Mesai bitimine 1dk kala sms atıp, telefonla aramayıp, not bırakmayıp, evde yoktunuz gelin șubeden alın diyen kargo...
