We went to deliver a caravan to the customs and we arrived early. We got help almost directly beacouse we where first in line and the hole process was finished really Quick. The customs officers are professional and can talk english wich is nice. The only thing i can recommend is to be there at 08:45am, the office opens at 09:00 am

Antalya Gümrük Müdürlüğü’ne bazı resmi işlemlerim için başvurdum ve deneyimim genel olarak olumlu geçti. Personel ilgili ve profesyonel, belgelerimi kontrol ederken sorularımı sabırla yanıtladılar ve yönlendirmeleri netti. İşlem süreci düzenli ilerledi, gerekli belgeler eksiksiz olduğunda işler hızlı bir şekilde tamamlandı. Ofis alanı temiz ve düzenli, bekleme alanları yeterli ve rahat. Tek küçük dezavantajı yoğun saatlerde bekleme süresinin biraz uzayabilmesi, ama genel olarak hem güvenilir hem de organize bir resmi kurum olarak memnuniyet verici bir hizmet sunuyor.

-10. hizmet sıfır telefonlara cevapta vermiyorlar. Ayrıca sesinizden tatmin olmazlarsa yüzünüze kapatıyorlar. Sonra arayın durun. Okdr insanın beddualarını alıyorlar rahat rahat uyuyun

Telefonlar meşgul caliyor kaç gundur ariyorum ama asla ulaşamiyorum , bir sey sormak icin sahsen oraya mi gelmek gerekiyor illa ki ? O zaman o telefonlarin ne işi var acaba sizin ofisinizde veya telefon numarasi niye koydunuz daha doğrusu

Bu işletmede çalışan tek kadın profesyonelce davranmıyor. Kötü ruh halinde sürekli olarak işini etkiliyor, bu da tüm gümrük ofisinin genel işleyişini kötüleştiriyor ve tüm ziyaretçilerin gecikmesine nedenleri oluyor. Yönetimin buna dikkat etmesi gerekiyor.

The worse experience so far in Turkiye. I bought a network bridge (basically like a mini-router) from a very well known company called Igloo home. The bridge cost 90 Euros including shipment. They demanded a 300 Euros "Tax" they said. 300 Euros !! This is just above and beyond thievery I don't even have terms for it. So in total the item would have cost me almost 400 Euros... Let alone the 2 hours I spent going to PTT first and then being directed to the Directorate of Customs because of "new laws". I didn't even go back to PTT to ask them to send it back, they said it will be sent back automatically after 20 days, so I'll wait till then.

Очень некомпетентный руководитель. Лысый который, все отправляют к нему. Некомпетентность во всём к сожалению. Говорит сделай бумагу, я приношу бумагу потом говорит бумага уже не нужна вам нужно вывезти машину. Это просто кошмар товарищи. Есть два варианта, или он делает на зло русским или он абсолютно не разбирается ни в чём. Таких работников я ещё не видел в Турции.

Turkey a complete disappointment from top to bottom. Let me tell you why, explaining two situations that left me with bitter taste after summer vacation and makes me seriously reconsider if I ever want to spend my vacation in Turkey again. My family spent last 20 years every summer vacation in Antalya,Kemer, Turkey. Sometimes even 2-3 times/year. We even brought a lot of friends and family members, recommending its beautiful places, nice and welcoming people, safety and of course the turkish cuisine. Furthermore we decided to invest in Turkey and bought a vacation villa. Thats a lot of money spent in favor of the turkish economy. This year we decided to bring our car, so we come more often and spend more time here. On the road while driving we had between Antalya and Kemer a very bad experience. Some turkish local people who drove like maniacs between the lanes and almost crashed in our car, stopped near us at the traffic light, they got out of the car with crowbar ready to fight with us, because we said very polite its not normal and safe to drive like this. Very aggressive behavior and ready to start a fight with some tourists that just want to enjoy the vacation. Something like this is not acceptable, to be threatened like this in a tourist area by locals. Would anyone ever go to this place again? We tried to get over it and said it was an isolated case and will not happen again. But the reality hit us again, we had to do some paperworks with the turkish authorities for the house and car and it was a equally bad experience. The customs employees had a very unfriendly behavoir, they started questioning us because they found out that we did not appear in the customs system when we entered the country. Later on they found out its a general problem, they face this problem with another people too and have a breach in the system. They acted like we were guilty for their incompetence and instead of being polite and trying to help us to get the paperwork done, they said we have to wait some days or weeks until this problem is fixed. We had to fly back home the next days, we couldn’t stay how long they wanted. This people don’t realize we are strangers/tourist in their country and they have to adapt to the situation and find a solution. We faced incompetence and more than that defiant attitude. The conclusions are obsvious and Turkey will loose more and more tourist in the years to come.

Jag kom dit med lite rädsla hur kommer det ta sig till. Tvärtom, blev jag väldigt proffesionällt behandlad. Även från min sida var lite oklarheter, de löste det på bästa sättet. Klart en femma, och mycket tack för all hjälp!
