Göz Dr.u Fatih Meydanoğlu’na tüm aile muayene oluyoruz bu kadar özenli, dikkatli , hastaya vakit ayıran bir Dr artık yok maalesef, tüm hastahane de herkes ilgili ve özenli.

Psikoloji bolumunuze geliyorum digerleri hakkinda yorum yapamayacagim. Cok memnunum ve empati yetenegi yuksek calisanlar var. Tek sorun otomat veya kafe gibi hizmetler arttirilmali.

I am updating again on 26.10.2025. They replied that everything was okay, and my complaints are not true. I am sure they never looked at complaint (any customer). This dodgy place only replied to me because I posted bad reviews here couple of times. But normally they ignore all complaints sent via emails. They only care about public information, publicly posted reviews etc. to gain new naive customers. So would you want to deal with such dodgy/terrible place? I would not, never again. I AM UPDATING my review again - I have sent my complain many, many times and you NEVER REPLY, except the first time - nearly 3 months (by customer service). I am pretty sure there is NO such patient complain department - your place pretends receiving them but NEVER acts! So do not play the games. I am working on this to inform as many people as I can to avoid your place! I am updating my review. What this so called Medical center does is ignores any complaint they receive. Here they just reply to reviews to pretend they care so that other clients are no scared. Very dishonest place. I am enough, going with my claim to the court and will inform main Turkey health institution. They were so careless, asymmetry due to their staff was made, only one nurse out of 10 spoke English, clinic they work with Este Aura made surgeries without proper degree to perform such surgery. Dodgy place. If you want peace and proper result - look somewhere else. My previous review: Hi! I have re-send a complaint on Tuesday. Have you received it? Very decent hospital, polite people. Feels sincere and professional. Waiting times can be high like with any hospital. 1 star reviews seem to be "sophisticated people" Would recommend.
