Adana Saray Otel

Genel olarak çok keyifli ve sorunsuz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Otelin kapısından girdiğiniz andan itibaren personelin profesyonel ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı kendinizi değerli hissettiriyor. Giriş ve çıkış işlemleri oldukça hızlı ve pratik bir şekilde tamamlandı. Odalar son derece konforlu, ferah ve ihtiyacınız olabilecek her detay düşünülerek hazırlanmış. Yatak kalitesi ve yastık seçimleri sayesinde çok rahat bir uyku uyudum. Benim için en önemli kriter olan temizlik konusunda ise tam puan verdiler; çarşaflardan banyoya kadar her yer pırıl pırıldı. Kahvaltı seçenekleri hem çeşitlilik hem de ürünlerin tazeliği açısından gayet başarılıydı. Malzeme kalitesi kendini belli ediyordu. Ayrıca otelin genel alanlarının bakımlı olması ve sunulan imkanların kalitesi konaklamayı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Lokasyon olarak da ulaşımı oldukça rahat bir noktada. Hem iş seyahatleri hem de tatil amaçlı konaklamalar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Fiyat/performans dengesi oldukça yerinde. Güler yüzlü hizmetiniz için tüm ekibe teşekkürler, bir sonraki ziyaretimde görüşmek üzere!

Adana’da birçok otel, pansiyon ve şehir otelinde kaldım,ayrıca kendim de otelcilik yaptığım için işletme detaylarına özellikle dikkat ederim. Adana Saray Otel gerçekten Hem düzeni hem temizliği hem de yer olarak merkezi konumu olarak öne çıkıyor. Adana’da şehir oteli arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

I was not expecting for this price to sleep i 5 stars hotel however thi was just about 1 star hotel At reception, the person who checked me in didn't know any English. The price i had booked the hotel for was €31.00 but he tried not to take €1.00 coin and insisted to pay in Turkish Lira, which I didn't accept. I looked at the booking prior check in and to my surprise, the price had dropped to €28.00 which was weird. More worrying was that the receptionist took a picture of my passport with his private phone rather than entering my details into the system that was right in front of him on the PC, WHY?????? I was given a room 306 on the third floor with no elevator, so i had to carry with me 3 heavy suitcases with no help offered even though i would have tipped the helper. I had been given a password for wifi on the room key that says:username room 306 and the password .. however, there was no room 306 showing up. Only rooms 301, 302, 303, 304, 305, 307, 308 !? I tried to contact the reception, but the phone was dead, so i had to walk all the way down to reception again. The receptionist explained to me (at least what i could understand) that there was a problem with the Internet in that room. I asked him to move me as i had travelled for 9 hours straight from Istanbul and was desperate to look into my job's email, but he just refused to move my room. I had to leave the hotel and find a restaurant 5 kilometres away just to get wifi, and then my staff sorted The room itself was clean (well done housekeeping) however it smells on cigarettes and humidity which was visible on the walls. The breakfast is another disaster. From 7 to 10. I was in "the restaurant" at 9.00h and wish i had skipped the breakfast and had a good sleep until 10.00 h then had a breakfast across the road. There was nothing left on display, not even a bread, which i had to ask for. There were no traces of eggs or any kind of products made from meat such as salami! Do they not serve this on Tuesdays for example? Even Turkish / black tea seems to have been cooked for hours, so the taste was unbearable. Had i been given access to the Internet and at least offered help with my luggage, i wouldn't have been writing this honest and negative review Shameful !!

Herşeyiyle çok iyiydi çalışanları çok güler yüzlüydü çok teşekkür ederim ilgileri için eşyalar biraz eski olabilir ama oda temizdi tuvaletler temizdi havlusu çarşafları gayet güzeldi gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz bir daha gelirsem eğer Adana'ya kesinlikle kalacağım tek otel adana saray otel olur :)

Kaldığımız sürede otelde tadilat yapıldı. Odadan çıkamadık. Bildiğin ustalar çalışıyordu. 9.20 de kahvaltıya indiğimizde yumurta bile kalmamıştı. Duş alırken gelen sıcak su o kadar dengesizdi ki eşimin kolu boruya değince yandı. Epey derin bir yanık oluştu. Adana ya tekrar geleceğim ama asla bu otelde kalmam

Konumu çok merkezi, 1 gece konakladık. Odaları biraz eski ama banyosu güzel ve temizdi. Tam olarak fiyat performans oteliydi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve samimi. Resepsiyonda duran İbrahim abiye teşekkür ederim
