Ada Newday Resort Hotel

03-08 Eylül tarihlerinde eşim ve çocuğumla 414 nolu odada kaldık. çok güzel bir otel. temiz bakımlı , havuzu ve odaları çok iyi. odalar hergün temizleniyor. konum süper. personel çok mükemmel . tavsiye ederim. Bu yaz tekrar orda olmayı planlıyoruz.

I found it by chance, it was wonderful, we enjoyed it very much, the rooms were clean and spacious, and we had a sea view. All you need is a car to get to the coast. It was a wonderful and unforgettable experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised with a beautifully decorated room, even though we hadn't requested it.

Do not go to this hotel. I was there for a week in early December. The hotel was undergoing refurbishment and it was concentrated on the floor I was staying on. On my arrival the workmen did not finish using power tools and masonry drills until 10pm. |I asked to move rooms to another floor and was flatly refused.|Building tools and materials were left strewn around the corridors on my floor. This set the tone for the stay. Work commenced each day between 7.30 to 8.00am and never ceased before 8pm and mostly after that. However, just when I thought it couldn't get any worse on my final night needing to be up at 6am for my flight, the work went on all through the night until 5.40am. I complained twice to the nigh manager. who informed me "I'm only an employee" and on the second occasion I complained at 4 am in the morning he informed me he had moved them from my floor. I replied "yes to the floor above and they are using power tools. His answer was to shrug his shoulders and ignore me.|On another occasion when I was working in my room a workman let himself in to my room with a passkey, didn't apologise or explain what he was doing, fitted and automatic door closer and left. I spoke to the front desk and asked how a workman could just access my room without my permission and I was told they need to do their job!|When I checked out on the final morning the night manager had the temerity to ask me, in all seriousness, if I'd enjoyed my stay!!! I was beyond arguing so I just replied NO!|In terms of the other aspects of the hotel the food was poor and I was served the same meal as my dinner three time in three days, there was no buffet, on the last night I can only describe the main course as some undistinguishable tough meat served as slops, which they said was chicken, which it certainly was not. Both breakfast and dinner were both bland affairs and extremely disappointing. |I have stayed in other hotels in Kusadasi out of season and the experience I had in those hotels was far superior to the shambolic treatment and standards that were being maintained in this hotel.|i do not know what this hotel is like in the summer but out of season do not go there and I would not risk it in season it was appalling so much so I think Basil Fawlty would be ashamed of the service standards they maintain.

Ailemle birlikte Kuşadası Merkez’de bu otelde konakladık. Hem temizliği hem de konforu gerçekten çok iyiydi. Odalar ferah, ortam huzurlu ve keyifliydi. Konum olarak da her yere yakın olması büyük avantaj. Ailecek gönül rahatlığıyla kalınabilecek güzel bir otel. Tavsiye ederim.

Muhteşem bir anı olarak kalacak travelle geldik bir gece konakladık gayet rahat ettik ısınma sıcak su yemekler ekip gayet kordineli 3 kişilik odada konakladık memnun kaldık
