The view is great, the rest are really bad, the smoke smell is everywhere I have allergy to the smoke and I can't tell you it's really bad the smell transfer from room to another in the lobby also, it's bad to the level i can't wait to leave the hotel. I booked deluxe room and when I arrived they said it's not available they gave me room smell like hill I was suffering all the night from the smoke smell, the second day the change the room to another one but the toilet was broken and it's not working well and today morning there was no water at all. I dont recommend this hotel to anyone and I can't wait to leave.

Dear Owners and Management Team, I am writing to formally share feedback regarding our two-week stay at your hotel in Üsküdar. I want to be very clear: the location is exceptional and has tremendous potential. Unfortunately, the guest experience fell far below what should be expected, primarily due to front-of-house staff conduct and service failures. I am providing this feedback directly to ownership because I believe leadership should be aware of issues that could negatively affect the hotel’s reputation. Concerns experienced during our stay: 1. Upon arrival, we were not met with a welcoming attitude or even a basic smile. First impressions matter, and this set an unfortunate tone. 2. We stayed in Room 205, which had a strong and persistent smell of cigarette smoke upon entry. 3. We notified the front desk immediately. Our concerns were met with indifference on the phone, and no meaningful follow-up occurred. 4. During our stay, I cut my toe badly. A staff member named Hamza responded quickly and professionally with bandages. 5. When we called back due to continued heavy bleeding, a female front-desk staff member stated there were no bandages available, which is unacceptable for any hotel. 6. I went to the main lobby to ask for the nearest pharmacy. I was directed to a pharmacy that had already been closed for over two hours, despite the staff having the ability to verify this. 7. An employee associated with the massage/Turkish bath area—an oriental-looking woman—was extremely rude when we politely asked for directions. She rolled her eyes, looked down on us, and displayed dismissive body language that was unprofessional and disrespectful. 8. On a positive note, the cleaning staff, Hamza, and Keyavich at the lobby desk were outstanding. They were respectful, helpful, and clearly cared about their work and guests. It is deeply concerning that front-desk staff—the face of your hotel—demonstrated repeated rudeness, lack of empathy, and disregard for guest well-being. A place of business is only as strong as its people, and unfortunately, some staff members are actively harming the hotel’s image rather than protecting it. This letter is not written out of anger, but out of sincerity. Your hotel has an excellent location and strong potential, but service culture, accountability, and training must be addressed immediately if you wish to compete at a higher standard. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used constructively. I would welcome acknowledgment.

Instagramda görüp masajlarına uzun zamandır gitmek istediğimiz bir yerdi. Son dakka karar verip en yoğun günlerden biri olan 27 Aralık Cumartesi günü aradık ve hemen yardımcı oldular. Masajımızı saat 20.00 a 2 kişilik oda olarak planladılar. Biz biraz erken gidip manzaranın tadını çıkarmak istedik. Gerçekten muhteşem bir manzarası harika bir konumu var. Odaları bilmiyoruz ama bizi rahatsız eden bir kirli yer görmedik. Otelin lobisinde kahve içip keyifli bir vakit geçirdik. Kahve ikramları için de teşekkür ederiz. Böyle bir konum böyle bir otel. Çalıştırılan kişiler anlamında bizce biraz daha iletşimi kuvvetli insanlar seçilebilirmiş. İşletme anlamında da biraz geliştirilebilir. Ancak biz masajdan keyif aldık bali masajı yaptırdık ve bitmesin istedik. Bitki çayları da güzeldi????????????????

ابعدو عن هذا الفندق اغراضك الغاليه خذاه معك حتى لو نازل تحت ثاني شي الكرسي والمرتبة تكسر الظهر بطانيه مافي لو في الصيف تموت حر وانت نايم المكيف زفت
